    chill pool area
    poor tv signal

A lovely stay in Ballina 🌴

The beds were super comfy, almost like sleeping on a cloud! Chommie at reception was amazing, really made me feel welcome. The pool area was a lekker spot to chill after a long drive, just what I needed!

Only downside was the TV signal was proper kak, couldn't watch anything clear at all.

    spacious room
    tropical oasis pool
    delightful dishes
    noisy street

My stay in the Executive Family Room was top-notch! The layout was spacious with a comfy king bed and a lovely dining area. The pool area felt like a tropical oasis amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The onsite restaurant served delightful dishes, particularly the Portuguese tarts—crazy good! Plus, the staff were attentive and made our experience feel special.

    Noisy street traffic.

    Surprisingly Relaxing at a Resort

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and the grounds were beautifully maintained, providing a serene environment for relaxation. It was also just a short drive to local beaches.

Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open during my stay, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, which was frustrating for my evening plans. the lack of kitchen supplies hindered meal preparation.

    cozy beds
    clean room
    nice towels
    poor tv signal
    slow hot water

Staying in the Premium Family Room with Spa Bath was really nice. The beds were super cozy, and the blankets made it feel really warm without needing the heater on. Everything was clean, and I loved the towels in the bathroom. Only downside was the TV signal wasn’t great, so it wasn't worth turning on. But overall, really comfy stay and I'd come back for sure!

    Cozy and Caring Stay!

Had a lovely stay in the Premium King Room. The staff was beyond friendly and really made an effort to help out. Super clean place, and the mini bar options were just what I needed. The only hiccup was the restaurant being closed during my visit, which put a damper on dining options for the night.

The rooms were clean and well set up, particularly the bathroom amenities which stood out during my stay. I also appreciated the ability to book just a single night, which is rare in this area.

The laundry had limited hours, and the fridge in the Executive Family Room was a bit cramped for five people. There’s also a lack of food preparation space as the vanity doubles for the breakfast zone, making it awkward. The spa is a cold one, which may not be what you'd expect for relaxation. the description oversells the experience as a resort, feeling more like just another motel.
